We understand that sometimes a baby can be shy. If your baby does not cooperate, we will have you come back at no additional charge for a rescan within 2 weeks of your original appointment. Free rescans are offered at the discretion of the sonographer.
Rescans are NOT available on Saturdays (If Saturday needed $25 fee). Rescans appointments must be done within 10 days of your original appointment. We require 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule re-do appointments. Since this will be a complementary session, the scan will be 10-15 mins Max.
If you do not show up or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours you forfeit your re-do session There is never a guarantee for full-face images for any session, at any time.
